This project explores the use of nanomagnets for low-power computing by encoding information in their magnetic states. It aims to enhance the reliability and control of these systems through optical manipulation, potentially enabling faster and more efficient computation methods.
Computation using nanomagnets could serve as a low-power alternative to existing CMOS technologies.
Here, binary information is encoded into two stable magnetic configurations of single-domain nanomagnets.
