This project aims to improve cancer treatment by identifying essential genetic lesions in acute leukaemia. By using innovative techniques to manipulate tumor cells in vivo, it seeks to refine precision medicine approaches and enhance the effectiveness of targeted therapies.
In Europe, around two million individuals die from cancer each year.
Cancer is a genetic disease and each patient's tumour contains several genetic lesions which are identified by next generation sequencing (NGS) and influence patient's outcome.
