The LeMoKiaC project explores how children's voices are considered in legal processes for recognizing lesbian-headed families in France and Italy. It aims to enhance understanding of children's rights and their roles in family dynamics, focusing on the importance of listening to children in judicial matters.
The project Lesbians and Their Kids at Court (LeMoKiaC) investigates the extent to which children’s voices are listened to by mothers and by professionals within the procedures for the legal recognition of French and Italian intended mothers in lesbian-headed households.
