This project explores lean management principles to improve innovation and product development across industries. By applying these principles to new product development, it aims to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, benefiting both academia and industry through collaborative research.
How to stay competitive by innovating and by developing new products and technologies is a central question to almost every industry in Europe, which today faces a growing globalization and rising market competition.
With the proposed IAPP we shed light on new principles for innovation management and new product development.
