LABORIOUS focuses on advancing exosome-based therapies by developing innovative methods for isolating and loading therapeutic agents into exosomes. This project aims to overcome current challenges in exosome handling for clinical applications.
Exosome-based therapies are among the hottest topics in biomedical research, driven by the unique properties of exosomes regarding stability, low immunogenicity, prolonged circulation and especially, selective targeting.
