This project investigates quantum graphs, focusing on how various types of disorder affect their spectral and scattering properties. It aims to understand phenomena such as localization and stability in quantum systems influenced by random interactions.
The project aims at studying quantum graphs (differential operators on singular one-dimensional manifolds) with various types of disorder interactions.
We are going to study various sources of such interactions (random vertex couplings, random magnetic field, random metric properties, quasiperiodic interactions) and to understand their contribution to the spectral and scattering properties of the corresponding operators, i.e.
Anderson localization, stability of the spectrum, fractal spectra etc.
