This project aims to improve healthcare efficiency by connecting medical diagnostic devices through the Internet of Things. By developing a cloud-based platform, it seeks to streamline data transfer and enhance diagnostic processes in hospitals.
44% of all EU hospitals spend >1 hour per day on repetitive administrative tasks by printing and scanning medical diagnostics data for collection in the patient´s electronic records (EMR).
The main reason for this is lack of data transfer possibility from stand-alone systems and failing compatibility of software systems to connect the wide variety of diagnostic hard- and software products.
