The KERMIT project develops a sweat patch for early detection and remote monitoring of chronic kidney disease by analyzing biomarkers in sweat. This non-invasive technology aims to facilitate routine screening and improve preventive healthcare for millions affected by kidney disease.
Human sweat is abundant with biomarkers with information about underlying health conditions.
