This multidisciplinary project explores how the brain integrates and segregates sensory information. By employing various techniques, it aims to uncover the neural mechanisms and computational processes involved in processing multisensory signals, with implications for cognitive functions and technology.
The brain is constantly challenged to decide between integrating or segregating multiple sensory signals.
