This project focuses on advancing microcontroller technology by developing a new type of non-volatile memory that can operate at smaller technology nodes. The goal is to enhance the performance and reduce the power consumption of Internet of Things devices, enabling broader adoption in various applications.

Every IoT device needs a microcontroller (MCU).

Most microcontrollers today are manufactured at 40nm nodes or above.
