This project aims to advance the understanding of respiratory viruses by studying their interactions with human airway cells. Utilizing innovative models, it focuses on the immune responses and mechanisms of viral infection to inform future therapeutic strategies.
Respiratory viruses can rapidly spread worldwide with a devastating impact, as dramatically highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
