This project aims to create advanced multispectral detection systems using 2D hybrid silicon technology. By integrating high-performance photodetectors that operate across all spectral bands, it seeks to enable innovative applications in areas like healthcare, environmental monitoring, and automotive vision.
My research ultimate goal is to develop novel approaches for multispectral detection in emerging 2D hybridsilicon technology and unify in one single technological platform high-performance photodetectors in allspectral bands from visible to mid-infrared.
