This project aims to produce biofuels from algae using glycerol, a byproduct of biodiesel production, in a sustainable manner. It focuses on optimizing algae cultivation techniques to enhance energy security and reduce greenhouse gas emissions for transportation.
The project will demonstrate an integrated approach to generate biofuels from algae in a sustainable manner, on an industrial scale.
The project will make optimum use of glycerol, a waste material arising from biodiesel production.
