This project studies how infants, particularly pre-term ones, learn through visual exploration and attention. It aims to understand the interplay between intrinsic exploration and social guidance, with implications for developmental support and healthcare interventions.

Although relatively helpless at birth, infants undergo significant development in the first year of life in many domains.

They likely gather information that is optimal for learning by systematically allocating their visual attention to specific types of stimuli.
