This project aims to develop a comprehensive model linking leadership and communication in non-profit organizations in Germany and Switzerland. It will empirically investigate the relationship between these two processes, focusing on their impact on organizational practices and societal policies.
Leadership and communication process become increasingly important in organisations.
Specific developments like budget cutting, deregulation, marketisation or privatisation of non-profit services and changing public policies exert an increasing influence particularly on non-profit organisations. A large amount of studies has shown the impact of both leading and communicating in this context.
