This project aims to create an integrated model of ageing by exploring the causal relationships between hormonal and gene expression changes over time. It combines mathematical modeling with in silico analyses to better understand the ageing process.
Ageing has a profound impact on human society and modern medicine, yet it remains a major puzzle of biology.
Both hormonal and gene expression changes have been implicated as causal mechanisms of ageing.
