The Danish project focuses on providing key account management and innovation management capacity building services to high-growth small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Utilizing tools like Growth Wheel and IMP3rove, it aims to enhance the management capabilities and innovation processes of these companies.
The Danish EEN will provide skilled personnel to provide two services:Key Account Management Services to SMEs in the SME Instrument and Enhancing Innovation Management Capacity building services to potential high growth SMEs.
