The INNOPOWDER project focuses on developing a cost-effective and high-quality metal powder for 3D printing in transportation. This innovation aims to reduce production costs and improve the quality of components used in aircraft and automobiles.
3D Printing, or Additive Manufacturing (AM) is a disruptive technology that produces light, high strength components (allowing a weight reduction of 40–60% in the engines, turbines, turbochargers, and structural parts) and novel complex geometries.
