This project addresses growing inequalities and social divisions in Central-Eastern Europe by promoting inclusive educational practices. It aims to support community schools and foster dialogue among local communities to combat exclusion based on class, ethnicity, and gender.
The emerging European context is to a large extent characterized by widening and deepening inequalities, the crisis of democracy, and the disintegration of communities.
It is especially the case in the Central-Eastern European semiperipheral, post-socialist context, where there is a growing tendency of rearticulating authoritarian, nationalist, neoconservative discourses.
