ImREAL seeks to enhance adult learning through immersive simulated environments by linking them to real-world job practices. It develops adaptive systems that improve self-regulated learning and interpersonal skills, leveraging advances in technology and pedagogical models.
The popularity of immersive simulated environments for experiential learning is growing; they will be part of tomorrow's learning technologies in the key area of adult training.
