This project focuses on enhancing marine science research in the Western Indian Ocean, particularly at Reunion Island. It aims to build local research capacity, improve visibility, and address technological gaps to support fisheries, aquaculture, and coastal management in the region.
Growing of human pressure on habitats and marine resources in a context of global change are leading to a decrease of biodiversity and fish stock in oceans and coastal areas.
