The IMPROVE project aims to enhance the efficiency of semiconductor fabrication by developing tools to control process variability and optimize production equipment. Key innovations include virtual metrology and predictive maintenance techniques to improve reliability and reduce cycle times.
IMPROVE aims to improve European Semiconductor fabs efficiency by providing methods and tools to better control the process variability, reduce the cycle time and enhance the effectiveness of the production equipment.
