This project focuses on improving wet particle separation processes used in mineral processing and plastic recycling. It aims to develop a numerical modeling framework to enhance the design and efficiency of these separation technologies.
Wet particle separation is used widely in mineral processing as well as plastic recycling to separate mixtures of particulate materials into further usable fractions due to density differences.
