The IMPACT2C project enhances understanding of climate change impacts and adaptation strategies across various sectors in Europe. It employs a multi-disciplinary approach to assess vulnerabilities, risks, and economic costs while developing methodologies to address uncertainties in climate projections.
Political discussions on the European goal to limit global warming to 2°C demands that discussions are informed by the best available science on projected impacts and possible benefits.
