The IMPACT project addresses the shortage of skilled researchers in soft chemical-ionization mass-spectrometry (SCIMS) by establishing a training network. It aims to enhance the technology's selectivity and specificity through innovative methods, benefiting health, environmental, and security sectors.
Soft chemical-ionization mass-spectrometry (SCIMS) is an exquisitely sensitive analytical technique with applications to health, the environment and security that are vital to the EU.
