This project aims to enhance cancer immunotherapy by investigating the role of plasmacytoid dendritic cells in inducing anti-tumor immunity. It will develop a novel single-cell technology platform to analyze immune cell interactions and improve vaccine strategies.
Successful immunotherapy against cancer is the result of a multitude of cellular interactions within the immune system.
