This project develops an integrated toolkit and network to implement impact licensing, a method to optimize technology and data use for societal benefits. It aims to enhance access to technologies during crises and promote innovation by providing insights into technology performance.
Technologies and data are still underused or sub-optimally allocated to solve the societal challenges of today in Europe and beyond.
