This project aims to enhance manufacturing processes by developing a real-time control system that minimizes defects in production. It focuses on direct control of vital parameters to reduce variability and improve overall product quality across various industrial sectors.
The goal of zero defect manufacturing encompasses both short and long term perspectives.
The short term perspective is to develop and implement a real time process control system that eliminates the production of any faulty component due to variances in materials, components and process properties.
