IEGLO is developing a handheld tracking device aimed at assisting elderly individuals and those with Alzheimer’s disease. The device will utilize various positioning technologies to ensure safety and improve care management.
The main goal of the proposed project IEGLO is the development of a handheld tracking device for elderly or Alzheimer disease people.
At present, in Europe approximately 4.000.000 people are Alzheimer disease-ridden.
Especially this people get very often in situations where they are un-oriented.
