This research examines work-life conflict and parenthood in professional service firms across France, Romania, and the UK. By conducting interviews, it aims to understand how organizational policies shape professional identities and parenting experiences in different cultural contexts.
This project aims to contribute to a better understanding of work-life conflict and the negotiation of parenthood in professional service firms (PSFs) from a cross-national comparative perspective (France, Romania and the UK).
