This project proposes the development of an innovative electron spectrometer to pioneer Ion-ion COllisioN Electron Spectroscopy (ICONES).
Traditionally, electron spectroscopy has provided critical insights into ion-atom/molecule collisions, offering an in-depth understanding of various quantum processes such as electron capture, ionization, and excitation.
