This project investigates a new laser technology called Coherent Amplification Network (CAN) for high-energy particle acceleration. It aims to achieve high efficiency and power through fiber amplification, with potential applications in high-energy physics and other fields.
We are aiming at studying a novel laser concept for High Energy Particle acceleration, known as CAN for Coherent Amplification Networkthat would guarantee high peak power and high average powers while exhibiting high efficiency, >30%.
