The IbD project develops a comprehensive platform aimed at enhancing process intensification in industries involving solid materials. It utilizes data-driven methodologies to redesign processes for improved efficiency and safety in sectors like pharmaceuticals, mining, and ceramics.
IbD® will create a holistic platform for facilitating process intensification in processes in which solids are an intrinsic part, the cornerstone of which will be an intensified-by-design® (IbD).
