The i4Driving project aims to develop a new methodology for establishing a reliable human road safety baseline for assessing connected and automated mobility systems. It focuses on creating a modular simulation library and addressing uncertainties in human behavior and driving scenarios to improve safety evaluations.
The vision of i4Driving is to lay the foundation for a new industry-standard methodology to establish a credible and realistic human road safety baseline for virtual assessment of CCAM systems.
