The HURRICANE project establishes a circular hub at the ArcelorMittal Ghent site to optimize resource management. It focuses on recovering and utilizing industrial waste heat and water, aiming for a 20% reduction in energy, water, and raw material usage through industrial symbiosis.
Within HURRICANE a sector-coupling circular hub centered around the ArcelorMittal Ghent site will be created.
