HUMEXE is developing a novel exoskeleton designed to grant autonomy to individuals with paraplegia. Unlike existing models, this exoskeleton allows users to control lower limb movements through their upper limb actions, enhancing mobility and independence while simplifying the device's design and reducing costs.
The objective of HUMEXE is to develop all the necessary stages to introduce in the market a new exoskeleton able to provide full autonomy to patients suffering from paraplegia and improving current exoeskeletons available on market or at research stage.
