The HOMEDEM project trains early-stage researchers in design and dementia caregiving, focusing on supporting individuals with dementia living at home. It explores the dynamics of care relationships and the evolving needs of home environments to improve community-based care and co-design innovative solutions.
The Doctoral Network “Co-designing a Home with Dementia” (HOMEDEM) is a Marie-Skłodowska-Curie Actions' Innovative Training Network that will provide high-level training in design and dementia caregiving, to high achieving, early-stage researchers. HOMEDEM focuses on the recent move across Europe towards supporting people with dementia (PwD) living at home (if that is their desire) for as long as possible with appropriate care.
