HiStabJuice focuses on improving the color stability and nutritional value of fruit juices by evaluating factors like raw materials and preservation techniques. The project trains early-stage researchers to develop a universal system for optimal harvesting and processing methods in the fruit juice industry.
HiStabJuice is a European intersectoral and interdisciplinary network offering research training to 11 ESRs, which is relevant to the entire food industry worldwide.
