The HIGHLANDS project aims to promote sustainable development in highland areas through collaborative research and innovation. It focuses on building capacity among stakeholders and creating a decision-support platform to facilitate knowledge sharing and decision-making.
The HIGHLANDS’ goal is to contribute to Inclusive Sustainable Development in Highlands (ISDH) through collective and impact-driven Research & Innovation (R&I), based on capacity building, sharing of local-global knowledge, experience, and tools.
