This project aims to enhance 3D imaging techniques for biological processes by increasing throughput. It focuses on improving existing tomography methods to allow simultaneous imaging of multiple subjects, which requires advancements in software, hardware, and algorithms.
In recent years the use of 3D imaging approaches is becoming a necessity, in particular now that research has moved onto dynamic imaging of biological processes in-vivo.
