This project aims to innovate the manufacturing process of turbine blades for geared turbo fans using advanced materials and techniques. By developing isothermal forging processes and optimized designs, the project seeks to enhance performance and reduce production costs.
The proposal consists in developing an alternative solution to the existing LPT blade on the Geared Turbo Fan made of cast nickel based alloy by transcending the work fundamentally performed on the TNM Gamma TiAl alloy.This proposal is
