This project investigates the heating and cooling dynamics of molecular junctions under electrical bias, focusing on how molecular structure and metal interfaces affect these processes. The goal is to enhance understanding of molecular behavior in electronic applications.
The project will investigate the current-induced vibrational heating and cooling of molecular junctions with relatively sharp molecular resonances.
