This project aims to understand how public service providers, particularly in healthcare, respond to economic shocks and how this affects service quality. By analyzing labor supply behavior, it seeks to inform policies that enhance healthcare delivery and innovation.

My aim is to make a fundamental contribution to our understanding of the labour supply behaviour of public service providers and the impact of their behaviour on the quality and distribution of critical outcomes.
