This project investigates how social contexts influence the effectiveness of reconciliation interventions aimed at improving attitudes between conflicting groups. By conducting large-scale studies, it seeks to identify adaptable strategies for fostering peace in diverse environments.
The recent increase in intergroup conflicts emphasize the importance of finding ways how to reconcile members of adversary groups.
Subsequently, social psychologists have developed evidence-based reconciliation interventions aimed at improving intergroup attitudes and behaviours towards outgroups.
