This project aims to enhance cancer treatment by integrating diverse patient data, including genetic, physiological, and imaging information. By analyzing this comprehensive data set, the project seeks to improve predictive models and personalize interventions for advanced breast cancer patients.
Precision Oncology has revolutionized cancer therapeutics, mostly by matching genomic alterations with molecularly targeted agents.
Yet, current predictive capacity is imperfect even in best-case scenarios (tumors driven by oncogene addiction against which a targeted agent exists).
