HARMONI develops a platform to improve the prevention, monitoring, and response to natural and technological disasters affecting critical infrastructures. It utilizes advanced technologies like Digital Twins and remote sensing to create a unified knowledge base and actionable procedures for disaster management.
HARMONI addresses the growing complexity of NaTech disasters by developing a comprehensive platform to enhance prevention, monitoring, and response for critical infrastructures (CIs).
The platform will integrate existing data and lessons learned into a unified Knowledge Graph (KG) and the information gathered will serve for the creation of a database of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
