The HAPTIFEEL project aims to develop a framework for characterizing the haptic feedback of traditional musical instruments. By combining physical measurements with user studies, it seeks to enhance understanding of how haptic perception influences musicians' performance and interaction with their instruments.
The assessment of the quality of a musical instrument, both from a physical and a perceptual point of view, has been the object of much research in the past and in more recent years.
