HAPPI aims to boost energy renovations in social housing in Denmark by addressing non-technological barriers. The project plans a significant investment program to enhance energy efficiency across multiple housing associations, benefiting thousands of tenants.
The overall objective of the here proposed project “Housing Association’s Energy Efficiency Process Planning and Investments” (HAPPI) is to increase the energy renovation rate within the social housing sector using an exemplary action bringing together six social housing associations in the Danish municipality of Sonderborg.
