HaploSEA evaluates the use of environmental DNA analysis to assess deep-sea ecosystems. The project aims to develop innovative methods for analyzing genetic diversity in marine habitats, enhancing our understanding of ecological health.
Measuring anthropogenic impacts on marine systems is of significant interest to stakeholders across the globe.
