GROW examines the long-term effects of student employment on educational and career outcomes across Europe. By analyzing various factors, including gender and social background, the project aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how working while studying impacts students' lives.
Across Europe, 11 million university students (80%) combine their studies with paid employment. A highly relevant question, therefore, is how students lives are affected by student employment in the long run.
